• Account information: sign-up email, display name.
• Usage data: channel links you submit for analysis, report history, credit balance and transactions.
• Technical data: system logs, IP address, browser type — for security and troubleshooting.

2. Analyzed channel data

SOCAIQ only collects public content from platforms (posts, views, engagement, public reviews) through data collection partners. We never access your social accounts and do not collect private data.

3. How we use data

• Provide and operate the analytics and reporting service.
• Manage credit wallets, transactions and usage limits.
• Improve analysis models and user experience.
• Prevent fraud and keep the system secure.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with necessary infrastructure and service providers (hosting, authentication, public data collection, AI models) under matching confidentiality agreements.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and role-based access control. Your reports are visible only to members of your workspace, or to recipients of passcode-protected share links created by you or by report emails. No system is perfectly secure; we are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

6. Your rights

• View and edit your account information in the app.
• Request deletion of your account and related data by contacting support.
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold.
