Terms of Service
Last updated: 20/10/2026
Welcome to SOCAIQ. By creating an account, accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
SOCAIQ is a brand analytics tool for social media, Google Maps and websites. It processes publicly available data and produces automated, AI-assisted reports, scores and recommendations.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without compensation.
3. Credits
- Credits are an internal service utility unit. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn.
- Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of a successful transaction. Unused credits expire automatically afterwards without refund.
- Completed credit purchases are non-refundable in money, except where required by law or where SOCAIQ confirms an exception in writing. When a scan fails due to a system error, the credits charged for that scan are returned to your account automatically. See the Disclaimer and no-refund policy.
- Referral commissions can be claimed as credits. Bank withdrawals are available only in supported markets and to eligible accounts, subject to admin review. Market eligibility, payout currency, minimum amount and withdrawal increments are shown in the withdrawal section before you submit a request; bank withdrawals are not available in every country.
4. Acceptable use and your warranties
- You warrant that you own, manage, or have a lawful right or legitimate interest to analyze every channel, link and brand you submit.
- Do not use the service to collect personal data unlawfully, harass anyone, or violate any law or third-party right.
- Do not interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the system.
- Do not resell reports under the SOCAIQ name without written agreement.
5. Third-party platforms
SOCAIQ is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or authorized by Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Data availability depends on these platforms and may change or be incomplete at any time.
6. AI-generated content
Reports, scores, "SÓC Expert" strategies, Fix Plans and assistant answers are produced automatically by algorithms and AI models, which may contain errors, omissions or inaccurate interpretations. They are for reference only and do not constitute legal, financial, advertising or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying information and for any decision or action you take based on it.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement. Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability — no compensation
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOCAIQ, its founders, operators, employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive — including lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or penalties imposed by third parties or authorities.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or compensation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Automatic credit restoration for a failed scan is a service remedy, not a waiver of mandatory legal rights.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SOCAIQ and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs and legal fees arising from the links, brands or content you submit, or from your breach of these terms or of any law.
10. Intellectual property
All SOCAIQ software, interface, logos and brand assets are our property. You may use reports you create for your own lawful business activity.
11. Changes and service interruption
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and update these terms at any time. New versions take effect when posted on this page; continued use means you accept them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are subject to applicable law and do not exclude any mandatory rights or protections you may have under that law. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If no resolution is reached, either party may seek relief before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
